All sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, and cancellations will not be provided.
Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase so we may review the situation.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining access to your purchase.

Refund eligibility for consultations, appointments, educational services, or other offerings may be governed by separate policies communicated at the time of scheduling or purchase.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving or accessing digital products may result in suspension of access to current and future products, services, programs, or memberships.
